Case #15

Problem

Michelle had a revoked driver’s license because of 2 drunk driving convictions. Additionally, Michelle had violated probation and had only attended Alcoholics Anonymous for about 5 months.

Result

I was able to restore Michelle’s driving privileges. I stressed the fact that after the probation violation, Michelle got serious about treatment and completed it successfully. Further, despite having only 5 months of Alcoholics Anonymous attendance, Michelle had a strong support system that was documented with 5 letters of support. At the hearing, I also submitted a favorable substance abuse evaluation and negative drug screen.

Bottom line

The hearing officer agreed with my arguments and granted Michelle driving privileges.

Here’s What Michelle Had to Say:

Mark puts so much time into your case that you feel like he actually cares about you. Mark will thoroughly prepare you for the hearing and I would recommend him to anybody.
