Video Hearings

All Michigan Secretary of State hearings are conducted by video.  In person hearings are no longer an option.

What does this mean for you?  You no longer need to have someone drive you to a hearing location. You can attend the hearing from the convenience of your home.  Your attorney and hearing officer can attend from their location.

Since all hearings are conducted by video, you no longer need to obtain an attorney locally who can attend the hearing.  So instead of having to concern yourself about where the attorney is located, you can focus on getting the best attorney for you.
